I will never understand why a full grown man will decide a little girl is attractive that way. If I had a chance to punish this man. I would lace his privates with sugar or whatever attracts those wicked soldier ants you can find in bushes like this with his hands and legs tied to a tree keep him from running or even fighting off any ant. So they can have a buffet on his groin.
According to a witness, the man was a grand father and he was caught by youths in the area who raised an alarm to attract others. He was caught in the act while molesting the poor girl.
