According to the EFCC, Former DG, Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency, NIMASA, Temisan Omatseye will serve five years in jail. He is pictured above discussing with his lawyer during trial.
He was arraigned before the court over alleged bid rigging and N1.5billion contract scam filed against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, in 2010. He pleaded not guilty.
