Lil Wayne's daughter Reginae Carter and her mother Toya took a photo and many wondered how Toya is able to look younger than her daughter. While this may be crazy to comprehend, we must remember that Toya got pregnant with Reginae when she was just 14 and gave birth to her at the age of 15 when Wayne was just 16.
