A bit of both.
She knows she has the body so she's wearing clothes that flaunt her curves....which isn't exactly a bad thing but maybe she should try and tone it down a bit. Like the jeans one. She could wear a longer top. Or maybe it's just the angle of the photo / pose. The body con dress is also more appropriate with the long cardigan like in the other pic.
It's a good thing it's a primary school. Lol. But I'm sure she makes some mom's and female teachers uncomfortable lol . The dads will love her.
