Mariah Carey steppied out with her new beau Brian Tanaka while flaunting the $10m engagement ring she got from ex James Parker. She had previously appeared on "Watch What Happens Live" with Andy last year and revealed she is not returning the ring.

I think it's only right return a ring once the engagement is broken off unless of course the guy says you can keep it .
This woman has always been an attention seeker and big time diva. . I don't know how the men in her life have managed to deal with her.
