Popular SA blogger, Mpho Ranko dies, days after sharing photo from hospital bed (Photos)

Top South African blogger  and owner of  Media 101 Mzansi Communications just  passed away at the Helen Joseph Hospital yesterday leaving his friends and family sad. Before he died, He shared a photo of himself  and wrote "Back to it"
