The EFCC today, July 27th, 2017 arraigned a serial fraudster, Gabriel Chimezie (AKA Amàdu Isah, Kabir Mohammed) before Honourable Justice Tukur Muazu of the Kaduna State High Court on a three count charge of Obtaining by False Pretence.
The accused person allegedly obtained the sum of N200,000 (Two Hundred Thousand Naira Only) from the complainant under the guise that the money was for the facilitation of a contract for the supply of electrical installation equipment. Justice Muazu adjourned the matter to November 30th, 2017.
