Justice Abdulazeez M. Z. Anka of the Federal High Court, Lagos granted the prayers of the EFCC seeking an interim forfeiture order of a property, Victoria East Park Hotel and Suite located at Igbogbo, Ikorodu, Lagos State, over a N53.7 million fraud.
The Hotel belongs to Abayomi Fredrick Ebiesuwa, a suspected fraud kingpin popularly known as Chairman. Ebiesuwa was arrested by the EFCC for allegedly masterminding fraudulent Dollar scheme to hoodwink unsuspecting victims.
