Shortly after posting the above photo on his Instagram, social media users are divided on whether Nicki Minaj's ex boyfriend and partner for 12 years came out as gay. Daminaj.com examined the facts and here is our conclusion.

• Safaree has been linked with many women after his relationship with  Nicki Minaj ended. The list includes K Michelle & Lyrics from Love & HipHop

•  He dated Nicki for 12 years. How are you gay and date someone for that long

• He had no caption for his post - This led to the speculations , However he might be trying to get our attention because shortly after, he took down the post and started promoting his music.

• He was reportedly cheating on Nicki while they were together and the reports suggested women.

On the other hand though 

• We really cant tell another man's truth on his behalf.
• He was shady for having no caption.
• He did seem to have really hurt Nicki because she has been acting out of it lately.

However, our verdict is "NO" He did not come out as gay with the post below. Safaree is still struggling to hit mainstream popularity and every attention he get is useful.
