Sometimes in life, you have to give up what you think is the best for you , so that the best can truly occur. I cannot categorically tell you that Sohpie (ex girlfriend to wizkid) wouldn't be happier if she had stuck with him or did fame tear them apart? but I can tell you, life is sure looking good on her side of the fence.
She dated Wizkid though at a point in the early days of their relationship, it was Wizkid claiming her during interviews. Everybody loved the pretty girl from Holla at your boy!!! why wouldn't he claim her? though on several occasion she denied dating him, I believe without a single doubt that they dated.
Looking at how pretty she is right now, married with a kid to a man that clearly loves her...How do I know? Dont you know we find out who loves who these days on social media? (stay there)...lol.
I look at this woman and wonder where Wizkid would fit in her life or where she would in his right now. She looks like a queen. When a man takes a woman and make her his like a queen that she is, nothing else is more beautiful.
It is not about getting married, It is about beauty, honour and respect. Something women like Karrueche Tran, Tania Omotayo would be praying for after what they have been through.
It takes some women seconds to find prince charming while it takes some years and years to find him but Ladies, you must find him. He doesn't always come in Silver and Gold but you would know as he would make you feel like a princess! And he would uplift you not downgrade you.
As a woman and as a strong believer in the act of treating women right! I salute Mrs. Sophie Alakija, the one that escaped a man who clearly wasn't made for her.
I am not saying Wizkid is a bad person but I remember having a conversation about these two with some friends back in Uni and they felt pity for her. the girl before the fame that he probably left when he made it....See her shinning and living life!
PS: Who knows if her husband is from folorunsho Alakija's family? I need to do some digging! *_*. That would make all this more epic....Wiz who?
