Meet Reginae Carter, the pretty 18 year old daughter of rapper Lil Wayne. Wayne had Reginae when he was just 16 with his then girlfriend Antonia Wright then 15 but the rest they say is history. Though separated, her parents continued to remain close. They were married for two years between 2004 & 2006.
