How nice of her? ghanian actress Jackie Appiah have come to the aid of victims of the trafic diaster that occured on ghana on the 3rd of June. if you will recall, There was a flood / fire crisis that led to the death of many in Accra, the capital of Ghana.
Appiah recently visited the hospitals where the victims are recovering and also Nima, a small town in Accra, she she spent time interacting with the victims. She donated several items including bags of rice, cartons of water, drinks, toiletries, other food items and an undisclosed amount of money to support the victims
According to Jackie, she was at the hospital to commiserate with those who had lost loved ones, help offer some relieve and wish those on admission speedy recovery.
she said
“The Events of last Wednesday still leaves me in shock. Seeing the destruction, loss of lives and properties saddens my heart.”
She prayed with the victims and also made an appeal to relevant bodies to offer assistance in any way they see fit to the victims to help them rebuild their lives.
