Following reports that the NDLEA is investigating Top Nigerian singer Davido. Edris Abdulkareem have shared his opinion on the issue. While speaking with HIpTV news the former Kennis Music singer expressed disappoint over how musicians nowadays use the platform they have been given. He said
Use your platform for something good. music should not be about shaking bum bum or naked girls all the time. Why should you use cocaine in your video? that is America they can do it here but you do not have to do it here.
He further went on to say that Nigerian musicians should use their platform to educate and inspire the children not promote profanity. Nigerian artiste should stop corrupting the young ones.
