A 27 year old Chicago woman found herself in police custody over a $4 all you can eat pancake rule at a restaurant. According to police reports, the woman flipped out and got angry after the waitress at Denny's restaurant told her she couldn't share her pancake with the others at the table.
According to the Oak Lawn Police Department, West cursed at the waitress and threw several punches at the employee (though the blows did not land). West and her party then left Denny’s without paying their tab, but not before she repeatedly kicked a door on the way out.
She has since been granted bail.
