According to reports, the DSS (Department of state services) this morning forcefully arrested dealers of black market fuel in Ikoyi as passbys watched with mixed reaction. Some were happy to see this as they feel the blackmarket fuel dealers have contributed to the persistent fuel crisis, other could not help but feel sorry for their fellow men.
