A lottery player nearly won the power ball last night and I can only imagine how he /she feels right now. He only missed all the numbers by 1. Yes. Instead of 03,09,14,17,35, he had played for 02,08,15,16,36 missing each number by 1. There was no winner last night and the next draw has been moved to next week. The jackpot amount is now at a whooping $1.3 Billion.
I have also observed that a lot of celebrities played this year from 50cent, Porsha WIlliams, Kim Kardashian, Teyana Taylor, Eva Marcille and many more who all ranted online about not winning.
This had me thinking. Money is not the source of happiness guys. I mean, it is a source but not the source. If these very rich celebrities are still trying to get more money, why do we deceive ourselves that when we get to that level, everything will suddenly be fine? it wont.
The key to happiness is in the simple things of life like caring and sharing. May God help us all.
Which of my yankee friends want me to send in my numbers so they can play for me o O_o
