The singer turned reality star spoke on her  journey to living a fit, healthy & long life. 
It's been 2 weeks since I cut out meat from my diet. However I'm still eating fish, shrimp and what not. It's not as hard as I thought it would be. However I do seek a little more carbs sometimes to make up for not getting as full as I would with meat. But overall I feel good. Do what you feel best suits you. Try things just to challenge yourself especially if it's gonna make you better. You can do it. Every day is a new day to start your new chapter. I'm not perfect but I'm perfectly cool with ME. 😚 💯 have a great day! Oh yeah! #Hydration makes a huge difference in your mood too! So drink water, coconut water and whatnot!
