Headies 2016 was not as eventual as the last edition where Olamide disrupted the event, Eva Alordiah got engaged on stage, however, it was not without drama. According to those who attended the show. Rapper Phyno got booed by the crowd after he acted out of place.
According to sources, Phyno who went on stage with some of his friend was full of himself in his speech and the way he carried himself. He reportedly said;
"I have nothing to say but Thank you". To make matters worse, he exited the through the wrong exit unlike others who had to go back through the back stage. Even when that was pointed out to him, their efforts fell on deaf ears.
This led the crowd to boo him over his attitude.
