Luck ran out of two Nigerian men Adibe Paschal and Okafor Anthony Ifeanyi in may last year when they were arrested for allegedly smuggling drugs to Cambodia. Paschal 33 and his friend Okafor 42 were arrested in May 2016.
According to reports, the drug peddling due was headed to Pattaya in Thailand. They appeared in court on Wednesday and were sentenced to life imprisonment and $10,000 fine each for smuggling more than 1kg of cocaine into Cambodia.
Investigation revealed that the Thailand-bound drug smugglers departed Nigeria for Vietnam and arrived Cambodia via Dubai from where they were arrested.
