Mr. Norm Kelly is getting involved in the ongoing war between Meekmill and Drake (well drake is yet to respond anyway). Norm, who is a Councillor in Toronto, the largest City in Canada does not like that fact that Meek is dissing . Drake is Canadian and Mr. Norm is telling Meek he is not welcomes in Toronto obviously for dissing their own. See Meek Mill's reply after the cut
