E! news said in a statement released that;
'As an established entertainment and news journalist with strong Hollywood connections, Maria has proven herself to be a great fit with the E! News team,' E! said in a statement unveiling the new appointment.
Maria excitedly said in a statement following E! announcement
"I’ve enjoyed learning and working at E! News for over three-plus years," she tells Us Weekly. "I’m excited to experience new opportunities as my journalism career continues to grow."
