Ever since the infamous incident at the Headies 2016 awards where Olamide of YBNL called out Donjazzy, things are not the same at Mavin. First of all, the public view of Donjazzy as a untouchable boss that people treat with reverence has changed maybe not a lot, but the impact can be felt.
Every time someone touch Donjazzy or cross his part the wrong way, they get burnt . (From Dbanj , Wande Coal e.t.c.) because of the people's love for the man but Olamide proved that the Don was touchable.
Olamide made several allegations against the Mavin Boss which includes the fact that he treats his artiste like kids and control them. He famously said "Your artiste call you Don mine call me Bro".
Except for Dija who was seen jumping, the Mavin artiste never spoke out in defense of their boss and the first lady Tiwa Savage even released her video featuring Olamide shortly afterward. She also took several photos while hanging out with YBNL star Lil Kesh which was posted on their various social media.
Mavin records crew also had that dinner where the goal was to show the world that they are united but it opened fans to see beyond the dinner as people began to question the motive for showing a united front.
Could Mavin records be in trouble?
