Tiwa Savage finally sat down with Pulse TV to tell her side of the story and it is alot. She admits that she made a mistake and she is not ashamed to say it at this point.

I knew this marriage wasnt going to work
Its been like that for the past two months
Their anniversary was a day before his melt down and he never tried to call her. She was torn between keeping an appearance on social media or facing reality.
There was no communication between them for a week up until his outburst.
A lot of people warned me about him, but I am going to say I made a mistake.
At the beginning everyone says you can’t leave the marriage because our culture frowns on it. I made a mistake, do I have to wait ten years, 15 years?
He has never spent one naira on their son Jamil
She covered up for a lot of hurt.
She had a miscarriage recently, she sent him photos with blood all over the floor and he never responded. She later found out he was in an hotel room with another woman.
He admitted cheating on her.
After that, she decided she was done.
She covered up for so long because she wanted people to believe he is the one that takes care of her, he is the man of the house that provides for her. that made her. I wanted him to feel like a man.
He doesn't take care of any thing in the house.
She paid for her hospital bills ( to have their baby). She paid for his flight to London to see their baby, she paid for the apartment they stayed in for 2months after Jamal was born. She took him shopping for clothes so that he can have new clothes when he gets back to Nigeria. She took care of everything
I paid for everything because I had to, if not, where would we be.
He doesn't have money to buy diapers or anything for the baby but he has money to get haircut twice a week.He has money to take women to hotel rooms.
It is not true that she doesn't ask him if he has eaten
She works and put the money in the house, work long hours. She comes home late or very tired. So she hired a cook but everytime she comes to the kitchen to make something, she makes him food.
The things he puts me through discourages me from asking if he has eaten. He goes out and come back drunk at 2pm the next day.
He is always Moody
He disappears from the house at times.
I fear for his safety
He stole her money as her manager
There was a time he collected money for a show four months prior, lied about the amount, kept all the money and pretended the show wasn't paid for. He made her perform for free because he already squandered the money.
She will never discredit the fact that he worked hard for her and hustled for her career.
He believed in her.
At a point, she was spliting her earning 50/50 with him which is not normal for a manager. in the industry.
He received money into his private account rather than their company account.
He stole from his wife and he doesnt see it as stealing.
Her mum is the sweetest person
She is very British and not diabolical
Her mum always supports TeeBillz and asks her to be patient.
TeeBillz is the one always taking issues to her mum.
She never cheated on her husband with Donjazzy, 2face and Dr. Sid
She is willing to take a lie detector test.
TeeBillz knows that in his heart.
She has seen comments on social media and it hurts...Its not true...she said as she sobbed.
He is always borrowing and buying things on credit which she ended up paying because people threaten her that if she doesn't pay, they would leak the story.
She sacked him as her ,manager to save her marriage
He wants to live larger than life. He saved up to buy a Mercedes that he could only pay half and she ended up paying the rest to avoid embarrassment.
He knew he couldn't afford the car.
He doesn't want people to know she is the one that makes the money. She also wants this because she wants to look like she is the little queen and her husband is taking care of her.
She put money in his account to clear his debt so people wouldn't know she is the one paying.
He bought a rolex on credit as well that she ended up paying for.
He spends alot at the clubs.
He carries friends and women to the club and leave the tab for her to pay.
She doesn't even enjoy life the way he does
Club owners threaten her over his debt.
He borrowed 45 million naira from some people and someone warned her to be careful to avoid being kidnapped until he paid.
That was why he wanted to kill himself. To escape the debt.
The EFCC was looking for him
She was looking for the money to pay for him even though they were not talking.
She told him a week ago that Jamil's food is almost finished and he did nothing despite borrowing N45Million.
She doesn't know what he did with the money
She walked him on him taking cocaine shortly after they got married.
He is a drug and alcohol addict.
Cocaine is for rich people, she doesnt know why he takes cocaine when he has no money
He screamed at her when she caught him with cocaine.
She is dealing with a husband that is jealous of his wife's success
She saw signs but she loved him so much
Time and societal pressure made her marry him.
I was scared if I will ever find somebody else to marry her
Now she doesn't care if she never marries again
She only care about being happy for Jamil.
She wants a man that works and can help with her financial burden.
A man that can at least support her with the finances
He never abused her physically but it was a mentally abusive relationship
He kept telling her he made her, where would you be without me
He also tell her to see her pictures when they met and compare to her now
He made it easier for her to move on by dragging innocent people's name
She will never stop him from seeing Jamil
She will bring him up to be a good man.
She doesn't wish anything bad on him
She will keep praying for him.
She doesn't want her son to grow up and hear her father committed suicide.
We get him help from his addiction but he always goes back
If there is anything she has overlooked, she is sorry.
He knows she loves him so much. She never wanted to divorce or come to this
SHe wants him to get better.
She will always pray for him
