When Kanye West went on stage in February during the Grammy Awards, a lot of people thought he was joking and trying to make light of the situation where he interrupted Taylor Swift on stage in 2008 at the Grammys.
It wasnt until he made an Epic rant while being interviewed outside the Grammys over Beck's win that we all realized Kanye was for real. He wanted Beyonce not becks to win the award.. in his words " The Grammy's must stop with the foolery and start recognizing real artiste" suggesting that Becks wasn't a real artiste.
He later went on to admit that he has neither heard of becks nor listed to his music. when he finally did, he admitted the album was Dope. He sad; in a new Interview with Sunday Times
"I'm fine to apologize for inaccuracies," West told the newspaper. "You know, I send flowers for inaccuracies. I talked to Beck's wife [, and I think I had a point about Beyonce's album, but I think I was inaccurate with the concept of a gentleman who plays 14 instruments not respecting artistry."
Few Weeks after the Grammy's He took to twitter to apologize to becks. Writing " I want to publicly apologize to Becks, i am sorry Becks"
