Hey Guys! I just wanted to say thank you for the support.

Hi my darlings, I just want to say a big thank you for the love you all have shown me so far. It is amazing. I Started this blog sometime in 2008 and abandoned it for a while to focus on school as I  got admitted into the University of Lagos around this time plus I was too young and restless to stay put.  However, I never stopped. Once in a while, I blogged. Read my very first blog entry here. (very boring..lol) A lot of the blogs I used to know then are not active anymore except for LIB,Bella, NiyiTabiti etc.. 

Here we are in 2016 and I am back to doing this actively for over a year now. It is not easy but I looooooove it. Blogging wasn't easy then, neither is it easy now but your support has been amazing.

It is harder for new blogs to shine since alot of people are going into blogging now. You have to prove yourself and even that isn't enough sometimes as you get resisted by people who think you want a house in Banana Island (haha..Do not quote me ) but we are getting some buzz!!!! A lot of visits from people searching for Daminaj Blog. Keep talking about us guys :)

I want to give back but I am still thinking how. I do not want to give in the typical Nigerian blog style. My vision is for Daminaj.com to be like a community where we all come and get the latest "Juicy Jist" and mingle with one another.  If you have an idea on how to go about a regular giveaway. Please  use the comment button to let me know. You can also do that anonymously.

So far, I am thinking the  Blog visitor with the highest comments for the week gets a prize (not so huge for now but something) or  the 1st (or whatever number)  person to comment on a post get a prize every month. Since we are not so big "yet", I was thinking I would post an image ( we  would all know it is giveaway time when you see the Image) and then the --- person to post on that story wins.
