Fast rising Nigerian gospel artiste Ikay is on his way to the top right now but the journey was not as smooth as it seems. Revealing how he struggled back in the day, the singer narrated how he had just one native attire throughout his university days and it was a hand me down from his dad. He said;

This was the only "native" attire I had all through my university days. It was given to me by my dad. It was too big obviously so I wore a shirt under to cover the large "open spaces"  Wow.. I can laugh at those days now. But then, it wasn't funny... Glory to God.
