Singer/actor Tyrese Gibson hit the nail of the head with this one. The fast and furious star shared a post about his daughter talking about how your daughters will look for men like you when they grown up. Good or bad, she will attracted to a man like a father. Hence the need to set good examples.
He shared the post with a photo of his 9 year old daughter Shayla Somer Gibson snuggled up in his arms.
She snubbed her toe while swimming and ran into my arms..... She feels safe here.....
He further added.
As a father we are here to set the tone and create the standards...... When your kids gets older they're going to be looking for the YOU in others...... That could either be really good or really really bad....... Shout to all the fathers out there and the mothers who hold it down everyday!!
Tyrese was married to Norma Gibson and they separated in 2009 when Shayla was just two. After years of fighting each other for custody, the parents are now handling issues better with a good co parenting understanding for the sake of their daughter.
